This performer appears as the qualified match / new hire in one commercial and the right hire / qualified Director of Finance in the other. Should feel composed, credible, experienced, and clearly right for the role. We are looking for someone who can immediately read as smart, reliable, confident, and easy to trust in a business setting. The performance should be natural and understated, with a strong professional presence. Talent will likely appear in both commercials, with wardrobe adjusted accordingly. Selected talent may need to provide smart-casual business wardrobe. Talent cannot have previously appeared in staffing / talent competitor advertising, political / government-affiliated campaigns, or higher-risk categories, including tobacco.
