Narrative Workplace Commercial (smart-comedic)
Project Details
A pair of smart, comedic workplace commercials focused on modern hiring challenges faced by small-business hiring managers and business leaders. The first spot follows an overwhelmed hiring manager dealing with a flood of AI-generated applications. The second spot uses grounded workplace humor to show the risk of a wrong hire and the value of a contract-to-hire solution. Tone should feel modern, credible, grounded, and lightly comedic. We are looking for naturalistic performers with strong subtle comedic instincts.
