Casting two grounded SMB hiring managers / business leaders from this submission pool. One hiring manager is overwhelmed by a flood of AI-generated applications. The other is dealing with the consequences of a wrong-fit hire. Both roles require strong reaction work, naturalistic performance, and subtle comedic instincts. We are looking for performers who feel credible, capable, professional, and relatable. These characters should feel like real workplace leaders, not broad comedic archetypes. The humor should come from grounded reactions inside heightened situations. Talent may also appear in the opposite commercial as a background office professional or interviewee, with wardrobe adjusted accordingly. Selected talent may need to provide smart-casual business wardrobe.
