Casting three specialized hiring experts from this submission pool. These performers appear in both commercials and represent different steps in a professional hiring process: understanding client needs, identifying a shortlist, and verifying candidates. Performers should feel experienced, polished, professional, trustworthy, and credible. Talent may be shown on calls, reviewing candidate information, speaking with a hiring manager, or participating in office-process moments. We are looking for people who can communicate intelligence, focus, and warmth through subtle behavior. Talent may be asked to appear in both commercials in different office setups, with wardrobe adjusted accordingly. Selected talent may need to provide smart-casual business wardrobe. Subtle red accents are a plus. Talent cannot have previously appeared in staffing / talent competitor advertising, political / government-affiliated campaigns, or higher-risk categories, including tobacco.
