The Lead Host / Workplace Expert is the central on-camera guide across both commercials. This person steps into heightened workplace scenarios with calm, confidence, warmth, and authority, helping move the story from hiring chaos to clarity. We are looking for someone with excellent direct-to-camera presence, natural charisma, and subtle comedic timing. The right performer should feel like a trusted expert and modern business professional, not a traditional commercial announcer. They should be polished and credible, but still human, approachable, and quick on their feet. This is a great role for an actor who can carry smart commercial dialogue with ease, react naturally within a comedic workplace world, and make informational copy feel conversational and grounded. Performance should feel confident, intelligent, lightly humorous, and emotionally real. Talent may be asked to appear in both commercials in different office setups, with wardrobe adjusted accordingly. Selected talent may need to provide smart-casual business wardrobe. Subtle red accents are a plus. Talent cannot have previously appeared in staffing / talent competitor advertising, political / government-affiliated campaigns, or higher-risk categories, including tobacco.
