Storyline: Shambolic is a pilot for a comedic series about Hollywood’s creative industry in Los Angeles. It’s a subversive parody of all things fashionable related through the eyes of BJ Panda Bear - an iconic cultural wunderkind in a city of icons. Directed by Paul Sapiano ("Boys and Girls Guide to Getting Down" and "Driving While Black") the show skewers everything from being broke in LA and how to navigate parties, drugs and art in a town where everyone is fabulous or is delusional enough to think they are. Like "Curb your Enthusiasm" the show will feature real people in the fashion and art world (like BJ Panda Bear) but will have a surrealist quality akin to the internal world explored in Ally Mcbeal - we are doing something unique and fun here and honesty can't think of anything quite like "Shambolic".
