Sam has recently become a sushi chef, and he works surprisingly well under the exacting head chef Hiro. He's a surfer type, ideally with longer hair. He's genuine, nice, loves everything about Japan, and even can say a few Japanese phrases surprisingly well. SUPPORTING, works approx. 3-4 days. Deferred pay.
