During a mysterious 6-week French holiday celebrating love, four American envoys are sent to document the intoxicating, grown-ups-only affair in exchange for a U.S. trade deal; however, the group is instead imprisoned at the foot of the Eiffel Tower, the one place in France where life carries on as usual. Unable to see the holiday but able to feel it tugging at their hearts, they bug the tower and begin to listen. Through these haunting, poignant dispatches, the Americans uncover the haunted soul, and heart, of the holiday — and inadvertently unravel another mystery: that of the famed ghost of the Eiffel Tower.
