Simon Rourke wants nothing more than to belong. Quiet, insecure, and desperate for acceptance inside the elite Omega Kappa Delta fraternity at Saint Lucien University, he ignores the brutality of a hazing ritual targeting freshman pledge Archie Jennings. When Archie dies during the initiation, Simon convinces himself that staying silent is the only way to survive. Years later, Archie’s older brother Blake imprisons all involved in the garage where the hazing took place. As Blake exacts judgement, Simon is forced to relive the night Archie died and confront the truth he’s spent months avoiding. He may not have physically harmed Archie, but he stood by and let it happen.
