We follow the journey of a homeless mother, IRIS (40s), and her son, ELI (8), as they travel to the beach in search of their next home. The film takes place across four locations with a small crew. It will be storyboarded, but shot with a highly documentary feel, with each beat resting on the chemistry between mother and son as they react to the world around them on their journey east, searching for a new nest.
