Cuckoo Synopsis: Isabella, the biological daughter of the Cabot family, is framed by her adopted sister Claire, sent to prison, and left to suffer from liver failure. While out on medical parole, she is targeted in an assassination attempt. She is saved by Luca, the Italian mafia boss who was her childhood sweetheart from the orphanage. With Luca’s protection, Isabella returns under a new identity as the artist Victoria, seeking revenge. She exposes Claire’s schemes and her family’s favoritism, reclaims everything that was taken from her, and ultimately finds her way back to Luca, the man who has loved her all along.
