18+ to play 17, Asian-American. LEAD. High school senior Raven is a guarded but big-hearted teenager who arrives in Elk Springs desperate to reinvent herself as ordinary, having spent her life hiding an ability that makes her feel like an outsider. She is quick-witted and self-protective, using humor and sarcasm to deflect attention, but underneath she carries real empathy for anyone else who has been unfairly judged or isolated. Her instinct to help outweighs her instinct for self-preservation, driving her to take on a dangerous investigation. She is loyal once she commits to someone, extending trust to Cade long before anyone else will. She is capable of real courage under threat, fighting to free herself and defend the people she loves. Intimacy requirements: Kissing and implied sexual activity. *While no nudity is required, talent must be comfortable with intimacy (passionate kissing and implied sex). An on-set intimacy coordinator will be present for all levels of intimacy. *Additionally, there will be some light action work in which Raven collapses to the floor. There will be an on-set stunt coordinator present for all action work. *RAVEN is expected to shoot five (5) shoot days, boarded for 8/10-8/14.
