A mix of moms, dads, retirees, and longtime community members who feel believable sitting behind the judges' table. Comfortable on camera with expressive reactions—smiling proudly, taking notes, quietly conferring with fellow judges, or thoughtfully evaluating contestants. Authenticity and natural presence are far more important than glamour.
