The kind of guy an audience trusts right away and actually wants to listen to! Rugged but warm… he should look like he belongs on a job site, behind the wheel, or talking straight to camera and be believable in all three. Most importantly, he's got to actually love cars and trucks, this is someone who reads like he knows the vehicle inside and out. That's what we're after! Easy, natural charisma… commands the room without trying to. Solid, masculine presence but approachable, not stiff! Hosting experience preferred Can carry a segment on his own and roll with it when things go off-script
