The husband of the veteran mother, stockbroker-type, confident, prim and proper. Ever since his wife’s deployment, his focus had shifted more towards work than life at home; emotionally absent in his kids’ upbringing. The relationship with his wife isn’t the same anymore, and her lack of vulnerability prevents him from understanding why. He is sincere and cares for his wife’s trauma, but is completely naive to the extent of its nature.
