About the Job
Mom- Mid 30’s to Mid 50’s, with great comedic timing. She grew up in a loving, talkative family and is the social queen and Olympic Champion of run on sentences. In other words, she is always compulsively gabbing. About herself, people, random facts, whatever. To have any lull in a conversation is an unthinkable moment. She is likable and wants to be liked and she is definitely not trying too hard to be a ‘character’. (No over reaching, over projecting fake accents please!). She is self-aware that she is a ‘talker’,but still lacks the filter and says whatever comes to mind. Everyone around her knows she is there. Improv background a big plus. Director likes to play with options and sharp minds.
