Luke is Joelles partner who is in his own season of turbulence as he tries to handle his own struggles in life and the struggles of being in a relationship. He often times drinks too much but it is obvious it is out of hurt and trauma. He uses it to cope but turns into a different person when being with Joelle. He creates a tense environment that goes from o to 60 so quick. If this were any other time this relationship would be the one.
