Do you have a habit or addiction that others find strange, unusual, or even shocking? Do you feel a strong attachment to a specific object you can’t live without? Are you drawn to eating things that aren’t meant to be food… or craving unusual substances? Do you find yourself smelling or sniffing things throughout the day? Maybe you bathe in unexpected liquids, follow an extreme beauty routine using unconventional products, or repeat a daily ritual you feel compelled to do. Or perhaps your experience looks like something else entirely — such as: • carrying a specific item everywhere you go • eating or drinking the exact same thing every day • living your life around a specific theme, color, or era • collecting or surrounding yourself with one particular object • following a routine or behavior that has taken over your daily life If any of this sounds like you, we want to hear your story. Producers of a major, non-judgmental documentary series for a well-known network are casting individuals with unusual addictions or behaviors who are open to sharing their real-life experiences. This is a thoughtful project that aims to understand why these behaviors develop and how they impact daily life, relationships, and well-being.
