Personality: Must project confidence, decisiveness, and a gravitas that suggests they’ve seen (and fixed) every problem. Their commanding presence conveys that they’ve earned their position, and the respect of fellow technicians. Techs should be confident, coordinated and able to operate basic tools realistically. Filming may require some safely coordinated rooftop filming on a larger Philadelphia skyscraper - talent should be aware of this and comfortable with performing in these conditions.
