About the Job
ELLIOT (8) – A sensitive, hyper-perceptive kid who feels the world more intensely than he can articulate. Emotional, earnest, and wide-eyed, he absorbs the chaos around him—his parents’ whispered worries, the static of the news, the strange tension in the air—and internalizes it as something personal, almost cosmic. There’s a fragility to him, but also a fierce conviction; when Elliot believes in something, he believes with his whole heart. In a world slipping into uncertainty, he clings to small symbols of truth and meaning, making him both vulnerable and unexpectedly brave.
