As a North Pole Ambassador, you’ll welcome families into a world of wonder, guiding children and parents through each step of their visit. You’ll help guests feel the joy of discovery, manage flow through each area, and ensure that every interaction is magical, safe, and memorable. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in or ticket scanning. Guide families through each station, helping children collect their stamps and enjoy each of the interactive moments. Maintain smooth crowd flow and provide clear, cheerful direction to ensure the safety of our guests. Assist with stroller parking, accessibility support, and other guest needs. Ensure that all spaces remain tidy, safe, and welcoming throughout the day. Embody the spirit of the North Pole, professionalism, kindness, and joy in every interaction! Knowledgeable in operating point-of-sale (Toast) for add-on experiences that families can purchase.
