Rafaela Fuentes: Female, Hispanic/Latin, To play 16-18 Rafaela is an immigrant student who transfers to Escalante’s class in the beginning of the movie. She is quiet, and is shown to hang out with Tito the majority of the film. She is less “fashion-conscience,” dressing in over-sized shirts and pants, opposite of the other female characters in the show.
