DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

Used daily by agents and casting directors to cast actors and models for commercials, television shows, movies, music videos and more, the Company’s software offers tools for communication, scheduling, career development, and talent scouting. In the process, CN streamlines some of the most complex processes facing the entertainment industry and other businesses where the recruitment of talent is key to their success. Headquartered in Los Angeles (where it is often referred to as LA Casting), the Company also operates in all major U.S. casting markets, as well as the UK, France, Spain, Australia, South Africa and Mexico.

 

Position Overview: Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for the inbound marketing for our company, primary of which is the distribution of content through Hubspot (our marketing platform), as well as assisting in the execution of global marketing initiatives.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Distribute structured, timely and effective marketing tactics, and assist the Senior Director of Marketing in their execution
  • Execute newsletters, emails, landing pages, and other web-based campaigns through Hubspot and Wordpress
  • Coordinate interdepartmentally and with international offices regarding content
  • Manage and optimize our marketing automation and contact lists through email, content, and social channels
  • Manage our Editorial Calendar to ensure timely releases of all content
  • Update marketing website content
  • Manage and maintain our advertisers’ banner listings
  • Report metrics based on KPIs to internal stakeholders
  • Execute various business-as-usual duties

Qualification Requirements:

  • Experience with Hubspot greatly preferred; Otherwise, proficiency in marketing automation software desired
  • 5+ years of new media experience in progressive marketing roles
  • Some marketing experience with publishing platforms such as WordPress and social media platforms such as Twitter and Facebook required
  • A self-motivated team player with a respectful demeanor and can-do attitude
  • Passionate and articulate communicator
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively with collaborative partners
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within demanding timeframes
  • Ideal additional skills: HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite, event management software (Eventbrite), video editing

 

Location: Los Angeles (Koreatown)

Compensation: DOE, plus benefits package & 401K.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Position Overview: We are looking to add the next A player to our customer service team. As a Customer Service Rep you will train and support actors, Casting Directors, and/or Agents over the phone and through email.

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Extensive phone work that will include troubleshooting, technical support, and customer education
  • Duties to be carried out with customers in person, on the telephone, and via email
  • Gathering information and creating spreadsheets, documents, lists, etc...
  • Assisting in the overall positive experience for the customer
  • Actively participating in the growth of the company

 

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Previous work experience in a customer service capacity
  • A basic knowledge of the entertainment industry
  • Proficiency with MAC and PC platforms
  • An upbeat, enthusiastic, warm personality

Compensation: $14/hour to start, plus benefits & 401K.
